We're three wāhine who lead with heart, hustle and a slightly chaotic group chat. Larissa Allen, Sarah Oemcke, and Melissa Mae bring a unique mix of creative firepower, on-the-ground experience, and expert execution to everything we create.

Together, we balance bold ideas with sharp strategy and we actually like working with each other (wild, we know!).

We're storytellers, producers, script surgeons, and big-picture thinkers. We are the kind of team that'll laugh with you on set, cry with you in the edit and hand in the Final Cut with snacks for the crew.

Creative Producer, marketing strategist, actress, writer and all-round powerhouse. Larissa brings projects to life with sharp instincts, killer taste and a schedule that slaps.

Melissa Mae

Creates Sh*t

Producer, director, writer, and certified legend. Serving up gutsy stories with heart and humour for 45 years. Basically, if Melissa’s on your project, you’re in damn good hands.

Sarah OEMCKE

Makes Sh*t

Writer, director, producer, and story mechanic. Sarah is a genre-mixer and deadline-dodger (in the good way) with dry wit and a knack for bending creativity into story. She makes it up and makes it work.
